Satyamev Jayate is about an honest police officer, Arjun Singh, whose main aim in life is to fight against terrorism, corruption and nepotism. One day, while investigating a murder case, his frustration and feeling of helplessness at changing the system drive him to accidentally kill a young boy called Raju. This action causes his transfer and he gets black listed. His personal life also gets affected when his beloved, Vidya also leaves him. To add to all the trouble Raju’s sister Pooja vows to avenge her brother’s death.
